The solid steel heads are protected by heavy duty, shock absorbing and durable rubber coating which is completely molded over the head to the start of the dumbbell handle. The heads are welded to a gun metal finish handle for a solid, one-piece finish which is comfortable in hand and won’t damage your floor when drops occur.
